Check out this cover I just made for Backstage! It was quite stressful shooting all these actors together in one shot in only 20 minuets. Balancing expressions, space, composition, attention and time. One thing that always comes up while shooting celebrities is that they don’t like taking pictures. I think to celebs it is one of there most unpopular things to do. I suppose actors feel most comfortable playing a roll, doing what they are best at, I would love to have an actor act for one of my pictures. With all these challenges, we still managed to nail it. From left to right you have NIck Nolte, Demián Bichir, Jonah Hill, Bérénice Bejo, Armie Hammer, and Octavia Spencer. I lit this one quite simply, just a 12x silk and a 12x solid.
